These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern all sales made on the 3D Store Concept website. By placing an order on our site, you unreservedly accept the terms set out below.

Our products are made on demand using 3D printing. Each part is unique, customized, and specifically designed for the customer.

3. Command

The order is firm and definitive after payment validation. We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of dispute or supply issue.

4. Price & Payment

Prix : Indiqués en euros, TVA incluse. Les frais de livraison sont calculés et ajoutés avant la validation finale.

Paiement : Par Carte Bancaire (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal ou virement. Sécurisé via cryptage SSL. Débit immédiat à la commande.

5. Manufacturing & Delivery

Fabrication

2 to 5 business days.

Shipping

2 to 5 business days after manufacturing.

In case of delivery delay, please contact us promptly.

6. Withdrawal & Returns

Exceptions (Defective/non-compliant product): You have 14 days to contact us at 3dstoreconcept@gmail.com. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

No standard right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, customized/made-to-measure products are neither returned nor exchanged, except in case of defect.

10. Warranty

Exchange or refund in case of manufacturing defect. Does not cover misuse or negligence.

11. Responsibility

We are not responsible for indirect damages or data losses. Slight variations may occur due to 3D printing.

12. Modifications & Applicable Law

The 3D Store Concept may modify these general terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to consult them regularly.

These conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction.
