We do everything possible to ensure that your 3D printed parts arrive at your location quickly and in perfect condition.

1. Order processing

At 3D Store Concept, we are committed to processing all orders quickly and efficiently. Each product is made to order, which means it is customized and printed specifically for each customer.

Manufacturing lead time

Generally from 2 to 5 working days from validation. Varies according to complexity and volume.

Shipping

Once manufactured, shipping within 2 to 5 business days. Confirmation email with tracking sent upon shipment.

2. Delivery methods and costs

We offer different delivery options:

  • Standard delivery:The most economical. Delivery time of 3 to 7 working days after shipment.
  • Express delivery:Faster. Delivery time of 2 to 3 business days after shipment.

The fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, destination, and the chosen method.

3. Delivery areas

We ship to:

  • France métropolitaine
  • Union Européenne
  • Autres pays (frais de douane possibles à la charge du client)

4. Shipment tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track your package online at every step.

5. Retarders

3D Store Concept cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. In case of a delay, please check your tracking or contact us.

6. Customs

For international shipments, taxes and customs fees may apply. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Delivery issues

Damaged product or lost package? Contact us immediately so we can open an investigation.

8. Relay Points

Delivery possible to a pickup point or alternative address, to be selected at the time of order.

9. Reception

If the package is damaged: report it to the carrier or contact us within 48 hours.
