1. Order processing
Chez 3D Store Concept, nous nous engageons à traiter toutes les commandes de manière rapide et efficace. Chaque pièce est fabriquée sur demande, ce qui signifie qu’elle est personnalisée et imprimée spécifiquement pour chaque client.
Manufacturing lead time
Generally from 2 to 5 working days from validation. Varies according to complexity and volume.
Shipping
Once manufactured, shipping within 2 to 5 business days. Confirmation email with tracking sent as soon as shipped.
2. Delivery methods and costs
We offer different delivery options:
- Standard delivery:The most economical. Delivery time of 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
- Express delivery:Faster. Delivery time of 2 to 3 business days after shipment.
The fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
3. Delivery zones
We ship to:
- France métropolitaine
- Union Européenne
- Autres pays (frais de douane possibles à la charge du client)

4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track your package online at every step.

6. Customs
For international shipments, taxes and customs fees may apply. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Delivery issues
Damaged product or lost package? Contact us immediately so we can open an investigation.
8. Relais de points
Delivery possible to a pickup point or alternative address, to be selected at the time of order.
9. Reception
If the package is damaged: report it to the carrier or contact us within 48 hours.
