Your satisfaction is our priority. Here are our terms regarding returns and refunds.

1. Product returns

Due to the nature of our products (made to order and customized), we do not offer a standard return policy. However, returns are possible in the following cases:

1.1 Defective or non-compliant products

If your product is defective, damaged, or not compliant, you can request a refund or an exchange.

  • Délai : 14 jours après réception.
  • Preuve : Description détaillée + photos requises.

1.2 Return Process

Contact our customer service to start the procedure: 3dstoreconcept@gmail.com.

Frais de retour : Pris en charge par 3D Store Concept si le produit est défectueux/non conforme. Sinon, à la charge du client.

2. Exchanges

For any exchange not due to a defect (e.g., change of mind), please contact us within 14 days.
Note: Exchanges are only possible if the product has not been personalized or used.

3. Refunds

Remboursement intégral

For defective/non-compliant products (including shipping costs), after inspection of the return.

Lead time

7 to 14 business days after return validation, on the original payment method.

Reminder: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, customized products are not eligible for a refund except in case of defect.

4. Order Cancellation

Cancellation must be requested immediately, before manufacturing or shipping begins. Once these steps have started, cancellation is impossible.

5. Transport Damage

Produit endommagé à la réception ? Contactez-nous dans les 48 heures avec des photos du produit et de l'emballage.

6. Non retournables

Except for defects, custom or made-to-order products are never returned.

7. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to verify their choices (size, color, customization) before ordering. 3D Store Concept cannot be held responsible for customer input errors.
